If you use Maidan Reserve on behalf of a club, company, or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

Certain features, transactions, or business arrangements may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of use.

2. About Maidan Reserve

Maidan Reserve is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help racket sports clubs and facilities manage daily operations.

Our Services may include:

Court booking and scheduling.
Court and facility management.
Player and customer management.
Membership management.
Payment and transaction records.
Coaching and lesson scheduling.
Events and activity management.
Staff access and permissions.
Operational dashboards and reports.
AI-assisted booking.
AI-powered business analytics.
Automated operational insights.
Club discovery and player-facing booking interfaces.

Maidan Reserve provides the technology infrastructure through which participating clubs manage services and interact with players.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, independent clubs remain responsible for the sports facilities, activities, bookings, and services they provide to customers.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

Users must be legally capable of accepting these Terms or access the Services through an authorized parent, guardian, or organizational representative.

Users agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or using our Services.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate account information.
Protecting your login credentials.
Restricting unauthorized account access.
Using your account only for legitimate purposes.
Informing us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must not share credentials in a way that compromises account security or bypasses account permissions.

We may require additional verification when necessary to protect accounts, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable requirements.

4. User Roles and Permissions

Maidan Reserve supports different types of users, including:

Club Owners: Individuals responsible for managing a club's account, settings, operational information, and authorized users.

Club Managers: Authorized personnel responsible for managing club operations.

Receptionists and Staff: Personnel granted access to bookings, player records, payment management, or other assigned functions.

Coaches: Individuals authorized to manage or view relevant coaching schedules, lessons, and activities.

Players: Individuals using the platform to access participating clubs, reserve courts, manage bookings, register for activities, or use related services.

Access to features and information may depend on account type, permissions, club settings, and applicable subscription arrangements.

Club owners and administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions to their staff and reviewing those permissions regularly.

5. Club Accounts and Responsibilities

Clubs using Maidan Reserve remain responsible for the facilities and services they operate.

Club owners and authorized administrators agree to:

Provide accurate business and facility information.
Maintain accurate court availability.
Configure appropriate booking and cancellation policies.
Maintain accurate pricing information.
Honor valid reservations under their applicable policies.
Manage coaching schedules and event details responsibly.
Maintain accurate payment records.
Comply with applicable business, consumer, tax, and sports facility regulations.
Protect customer information accessed through the platform.
Ensure staff use the system only within their authorized roles.

Maidan Reserve is not responsible for inaccurate information entered by clubs or their authorized personnel, except to the extent caused by our own failure to meet an applicable obligation.

Each club is responsible for resolving disputes relating to its facilities, coaching services, on-site operations, and customer-facing policies.

6. Court Bookings and Reservations

Maidan Reserve enables users to view available courts and submit booking requests or reservations through participating clubs.

Booking availability is determined by information and rules configured within the platform.

A booking is considered confirmed only when the applicable confirmation process has been completed.

Users are responsible for reviewing:

Selected club.
Court or facility.
Booking date.
Start and end times.
Booking duration.
Applicable price.
Membership benefits.
Payment requirements.
Cancellation and rescheduling conditions.

Participating clubs may establish their own booking rules, subject to applicable law.

A reservation creates an arrangement between the player and the participating club for the relevant sporting service, unless the checkout or booking confirmation expressly identifies a different contracting party.

Maidan Reserve provides booking technology and is not automatically the provider of the underlying sporting activity.

7. Booking Modifications, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show rules may vary between participating clubs.

Users agree to review and comply with the relevant club's published booking policies.

A club may apply cancellation deadlines, restrictions, or charges where permitted by applicable law and properly disclosed.

Refund eligibility depends on the relevant booking terms, applicable payment arrangements, and mandatory legal requirements.

Maidan Reserve may provide technical functionality for cancellation and rescheduling, but does not independently establish every club's refund policy.

Where a booking dispute concerns the actual sporting service, users should initially contact the relevant club.

Users may contact Maidan Reserve regarding platform-related technical issues.

8. Pricing, Payments, and Transactions

Prices displayed through the platform may vary based on:

Club.
Sport.
Court.
Booking duration.
Time of day.
Membership status.
Promotions or discounts.
Applicable taxes and charges.

Clubs are responsible for configuring and maintaining accurate prices for their services.

Payment options may include online payment methods, cash, bank transfers, or other methods supported by the participating club.

Where online payments are available, transactions may be processed by independent payment service providers.

Those transactions may be subject to the provider's terms, verification requirements, and privacy policies.

The applicable checkout or transaction documentation will identify the relevant payment arrangement.

Maidan Reserve may maintain transaction records, payment statuses, and related booking information.

The existence of a payment record in the platform does not necessarily mean that Maidan Reserve itself received or holds the corresponding funds.

Any applicable service fees, taxes, payment processing charges, or refund deductions should be disclosed before a transaction is completed.

9. Memberships

Participating clubs may offer their own membership plans through Maidan Reserve.

Memberships may include benefits such as:

Member-specific court pricing.
Booking privileges.
Access to particular facilities or activities.
Discounts.
Defined membership durations.
Additional club-specific benefits.

Membership pricing, eligibility, validity, renewal conditions, cancellation policies, and benefits are established by the participating club unless expressly stated otherwise.

Players are responsible for reviewing the relevant membership terms before purchasing or accepting a membership.

Maidan Reserve provides technology to manage and display membership information but does not guarantee that any participating club will provide particular membership benefits outside its disclosed obligations.

10. Coaching, Lessons, and Events

Maidan Reserve may allow clubs to offer coaching sessions, training programs, open-play activities, and sporting events.

Participating clubs and their authorized personnel are responsible for:

Coach qualifications and availability.
Lesson and event descriptions.
Scheduling.
Capacity limits.
Participant eligibility.
Safety requirements.
Fees and refund policies.
Conduct of the underlying activities.

Users are responsible for following the applicable club's participation rules and safety instructions.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Maidan Reserve does not employ or supervise independent club coaches and does not organize or operate the underlying sporting activities.

11. Player Responsibilities

Players using Maidan Reserve agree to:

Provide accurate registration and booking information.
Respect confirmed booking times.
Follow participating clubs' rules and policies.
Make required payments.
Avoid fraudulent or unauthorized reservations.
Treat other users and club personnel respectfully.
Refrain from misuse of club resources or platform functionality.

Repeated misuse, fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms may result in restrictions or account suspension.

12. AI-Powered Features

Maidan Reserve may provide artificial intelligence features to assist with bookings, reporting, operational analysis, and club management.

These may include:

AI Booking Assistant: Helps users search for availability, review options, and complete permitted booking actions.

AI Club Analyst: Helps authorized users understand operational and financial information.

AI Business Insights: Identifies trends, utilization patterns, and potential business opportunities.

AI-generated information is provided for informational and operational assistance.

AI systems may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses.

Users remain responsible for reviewing information before making important business, financial, or operational decisions.

An AI-generated suggestion does not override applicable booking rules, pricing policies, permission requirements, or payment conditions.

Booking modifications and other consequential actions remain subject to the platform's confirmation and authorization processes.

Maidan Reserve does not guarantee that AI-generated forecasts, recommendations, or insights will produce particular business outcomes.

Users must not use AI features to access unauthorized information, circumvent security restrictions, or interfere with other users' data.

13. Software Subscriptions and Billing

Where Maidan Reserve offers paid software plans, subscription features, prices, billing periods, and applicable limits will be disclosed during the subscription or purchasing process.

Any recurring billing arrangement will be subject to the terms clearly presented and accepted at purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable subscription agreement:

Fees are payable according to the selected billing plan.
Clubs are responsible for maintaining valid billing information.
Subscription access may depend on successful payment.
Changes to plan features or pricing will be communicated as required by law or agreement.
Cancellation and renewal conditions will follow the applicable subscription terms.

Maidan Reserve may offer free access, promotional access, or special commercial arrangements under separate terms.

Refunds for SaaS subscription fees are governed by the applicable purchasing terms and mandatory consumer protection requirements.

14. Acceptable Use

Users must not use Maidan Reserve for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

Prohibited conduct includes:

Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Interfering with platform availability or security.
Uploading malicious software.
Misusing booking or payment functionality.
Submitting fraudulent information.
Harvesting personal information without authorization.
Attempting to bypass role-based permissions.
Reverse engineering the platform except where permitted by law.
Using automated tools in ways that overload or disrupt the Services.
Impersonating another person or organization.
Violating another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

We may investigate suspected violations and take reasonable action, including restricting access where appropriate.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

The Maidan Reserve website, platform, software, interfaces, designs, branding, logos, written content, original graphics, and associated technology are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for content owned by users or third parties, all rights in these materials belong to Maidan Reserve or its respective licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable subscription agreement.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected platform materials without authorization.

Third-party photographs, fonts, libraries, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

16. User and Club Content

Users and participating clubs may submit or maintain information through the platform, including:

Business profiles.
Club descriptions.
Court information.
Player records.
Booking information.
Membership details.
Event descriptions.
Images or other permitted content.

Users and clubs retain their applicable ownership rights in content they lawfully provide.

By submitting content, users grant Maidan Reserve the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content to provide and maintain the Services.

Users must have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to submit information to the platform.

We may remove or restrict content that violates applicable law, these Terms, or the rights of others.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

Use of Maidan Reserve is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected.

Participating clubs are responsible for using customer information in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Where required, additional data processing agreements may apply to the relationship between Maidan Reserve and participating clubs.

18. Service Availability and Maintenance

We aim to provide reliable and accessible Services.

However, availability may be affected by:

Scheduled maintenance.
Software updates.
Network failures.
Hosting provider interruptions.
Payment service interruptions.
Security incidents.
Events beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access unless a separate written service-level agreement expressly provides otherwise.

We may modify or temporarily suspend functionality where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service improvements.

We will seek to provide appropriate notice of material disruptions when reasonably practicable.

19. Third-Party Services

Maidan Reserve may integrate or interact with third-party services, including:

Payment processors.
Cloud hosting providers.
Email delivery services.
Authentication services.
AI technology providers.
Other authorized business tools.

The availability and performance of third-party services may be governed by their own agreements.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond obligations imposed by applicable law or agreements.

Users should review relevant third-party terms before using those services.

20. Account Suspension and Termination

Users may discontinue their use of Maidan Reserve in accordance with the applicable account and subscription conditions.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

Material violations of these Terms.
Fraudulent activity.
Unauthorized access attempts.
Security risks.
Unlawful conduct.
Nonpayment of applicable fees.
Valid legal or regulatory requirements.

Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Following account closure, access to certain data and functionality may be restricted.

Personal information and operational records will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, applicable agreements, and legal retention requirements.

Clubs should arrange any required data export before account termination where export functionality is available.

21. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maidan Reserve disclaims implied warranties that are not expressly provided under an applicable agreement.

We do not guarantee:

Continuous, uninterrupted availability.
That every feature will be free from errors.
The accuracy of information entered by independent clubs.
The suitability of AI-generated recommendations for every business decision.
Particular revenue, utilization, or business results.
The performance or conduct of independent sporting facilities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maidan Reserve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, loss of anticipated revenue, loss of business opportunities, or other consequential financial losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maidan Reserve's total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services, whether based on contract, negligence, or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the greater of:

The total fees paid directly to Maidan Reserve by the claimant for the relevant Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
PKR 50,000 (Pakistani Rupees Fifty Thousand), or its equivalent in the applicable currency.

These limitations apply regardless of whether Maidan Reserve has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

These limitations are subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights and other applicable statutory requirements.

23. Indemnification by Business Customers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, participating clubs and other business customers agree to indemnify Maidan Reserve against third-party claims, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from:

Their unlawful use of the platform.
Their material breach of these Terms.
Their violation of another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Their provision of unlawful or unauthorized content.
Their operation of sporting services where the claim is not caused by Maidan Reserve's own breach or misconduct.

This provision does not override applicable consumer protections or limit responsibility that the law places on Maidan Reserve.

24. Changes to the Services and Terms

We may update our Services and these Terms to reflect changes in functionality, business operations, security requirements, or applicable law.

Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

Where required by applicable law or an existing agreement, users will receive notice of material changes and any required opportunity to accept or reject them.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory legal protections that may apply to users in other jurisdictions.

Users are encouraged to contact Maidan Reserve first regarding platform-related concerns so that an appropriate resolution can be explored.

Subject to applicable law and any separate binding agreement, disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Disputes concerning the sporting services delivered by independent clubs may be governed by the relevant club's terms and applicable legal requirements.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent permitted by law.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable subscription or service agreements, form the agreement governing use of Maidan Reserve.

Where a separately executed agreement between Maidan Reserve and a business customer conflicts with these general Terms, the separately executed agreement will control to the extent specified in that agreement.
